Lionheart Tactical is a UK-based retailer of tactical and emergency preparedness equipment. You can reach us at support@lionhearttactical.store.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us is formed only once we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error — in which case we'll refund any payment in full.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take payment at the time of order through our secure payment providers. While we work to keep all pricing accurate, if we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatching it.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
Your right to return items is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Our products are sold for lawful use only. It is your responsibility to ensure that any item you buy is legal to own and use in your location and that you use it safely and appropriately. We describe our gear honestly and do not overstate its durability or safety — always use equipment within its intended limits.
